Andrea Moffat is a lifetime Scarborough/Pickering resident who has demonstrated great passion for her community and been a strong voice for standing up for people. Andrea's continued community service includes developing youth initiatives, volunteer mentorship programs, supporting community events and a commitment to activism. She has experience with the United Way of Ajax-Pickering and the YMCA Youth Foyer to name a few.

She is an award winning entrepreneur who created a business committed to helping others. A diversity and marketing consultant, her expertise has been applied in the public and private sector, small business, and not for profit organizations.

Andrea has an Honours degree from the University of Toronto where she was on the forefront of diversity management in campus life. During her time there she was awarded for her work as a student leader who advocated for equality, safety, accessibility, accountable governance, lower tuition and human rights. She continues to give back through mentorships programs on and off campus.

Her energetic leadership style garnered her much success in past election campaigns where she has championed local issues, youth and civic engagement. She was also named one of the top ten finalists in an online contest (equalvoice.ca) to be "Ontario's Greatest Female Premier".
